Operations Manager, United States (Hybrid)

Lead operations for a B2B services company supporting franchise and multi-unit operators. Manage teams, client workflows, reporting, and quality in a schedule with office work Monday through Thursday and remote work on Fridays.

Description

  • Direct daily operations execution
  • Supervise, coach, and develop the analyst team
  • Hold one-on-ones, assess performance, provide feedback, and maintain documentation
  • Collaborate with management and HR on employee-relations matters
  • Support onboarding, interviews, hiring, training, and work delegation
  • Recommend training plans and cross-training across processes and systems
  • Prepare and maintain the weekly operations schedule
  • Review, categorize, and prioritize incoming correspondence
  • Manage client requests from intake through resolution
  • Act as the primary internal contact for request status and workflow updates
  • Coordinate work to meet deadlines and escalate complex or sensitive client responses
  • Oversee client report production and delivery
  • Manage outbound workflows while maintaining client preferences and requirements
  • Maintain compliance and nonconformance records, including root-cause analysis and corrective actions
  • Identify operational and quality improvements and present recommendations to management
  • Support proof-of-concept accounts through scheduling and training
  • Handle additional responsibilities that support the operations function

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • At least 5 years of management experience, ideally in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
  • Familiarity with franchise operations and multi-unit operators
  • QSR experience is strongly preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to interpret data sets
  • Experience serving external customers
  • Availability to work outside regular hours when needed
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Ability to work in a hybrid schedule, with office attendance Monday through Thursday and remote work on Fridays
