Description

  • Manage a designated portfolio of commercial customers to improve satisfaction, retention, and long-term account value.
  • Engage customers through scalable programs and focused one-to-one outreach tailored to their needs, opportunities, and risks.
  • Help customers adopt Workshop by explaining and applying its features, workflows, and capabilities.
  • Find and encourage additional use cases that expand customer value.
  • Monitor portfolio health to uncover adoption gaps, risks, and opportunities for broader product usage.
  • Reach out proactively at important lifecycle stages to reinforce value, deepen relationships, and reduce risk.
  • Represent customer perspectives internally by sharing trends, feedback, and product insights with cross-functional teams.
  • Work with Account Management and Sales to identify expansion and usage-led opportunities.

Requirements

  • At least one year of experience in Customer Success or Account Management; SaaS experience is preferred.
  • Strong product aptitude, with the ability to turn features into practical, real-world applications.
  • Ability to manage a customer portfolio while balancing proactive one-to-one support with scalable outreach.
  • Proactive, positive, and solution-focused approach to customer work.
  • Excellent organization and close attention to detail.
  • Clear written and spoken communication for internal and external audiences.
