- Deliver technical guidance and support to customers, end users, and field sales teams
- Respond to Secuitech product support inquiries by phone, chat, and email
- Connect field product information with Profit Center Managers and production teams
- Share problem-solving feedback with sales representatives and customers
- Investigate returned products to identify root causes and support corrective actions
- Verify Special Product Application Requests for accuracy and completeness
- Evaluate product literature and suggest updates that improve accuracy
- Help production resolve assembly, quality, application, and engineering issues
- Train personnel on the production floor and complete quality inspections
Requirements
- Three to five years of experience in a customer-facing position
- Strong analytical and logical problem-solving abilities, with consistent attention to detail
- Practical mechanical aptitude and installation experience
- Basic electrical troubleshooting knowledge is preferred
- Strong listening skills and effective interpersonal abilities
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with internal and external customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to manage projects and identify customer-driven improvements
- Proactive approach to solving problems, researching answers, pursuing opportunities, and developing ideas
- Ability to handle complex assignments requiring sound judgment and initiative
- Willingness to travel occasionally for field troubleshooting, repairs, and replacements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- An associate or bachelor's degree in a technical discipline is preferred, though relevant experience may substitute
