Senior Google Ads and SEA Manager

Description
- Oversee complex search accounts in national and international markets
- Create strategic roadmaps for sustainable growth
- Assess and improve tracking, feeds, automation, scripts, and conversion data
- Evaluate client briefs and advise clients as a trusted, equal partner
- Support pitch development
- Explore Google Ads features, AI applications, and advertising platforms such as ChatGPT Ads
- Create new solutions for clients and colleagues
- Work with specialists across Search, Data, and Tech
Requirements
- Bring at least five years of full-funnel search engine advertising experience
- Demonstrate success managing complex Google Ads accounts
- Agency experience is welcome but not essential
- Turn complex data and patterns into clear decisions, tests, and growth opportunities
- Take initiative and ownership in putting your solutions into practice
- Communicate clearly and persuasively
- Speak German fluently, including in professional and negotiation settings
- Bring good English skills; these are an advantage
- Have experience with Google Ads, Search Ads 360, Merchant Center, tracking, and analytics
