Customer Service Specialist - MultiplyMii (Remote, Philippines)
Provide customer support to Australians using a digital healthcare platform. Manage enquiries across chat, email, phone, and order-processing workflows.
Description
- Resolve inbound customer tickets through email, live chat, and phone support.
- Handle customer requests received through callback services.
- Contribute to proactive campaigns, including surveys and product launches.
- Coordinate with pharmacies to investigate and resolve customer-related questions.
- Support internal teams with customer service tasks.
- Manage daily customer success activities, including written responses, live chat, and order-processing support.
- Report directly to the Customer Service Manager.
- Complete the usual selection process, including recruiter and client interviews plus a practical assessment.
Requirements
- Bring at least three years of customer service experience; healthcare or Australian-company experience is advantageous.
- Demonstrate strong written and spoken English communication.
- Use technology confidently and learn multiple systems, including HubSpot and Front.
- Maintain close attention to detail.
- Apply customer-focused problem-solving skills and identify related issues that may need resolution.
- Work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
- Show genuine interest in health and wellbeing.
- Currently reside in the Philippines and have legal authorization to work there.
- Have a reliable computer, high-speed internet connection, and quiet dedicated workspace for remote work.
