Content Marketing Manager – Teleperformance (Remote, United States)

Lead Teleperformance’s thought-leadership webinar program and GenAI-enabled content engine. Support account-based marketing, demand generation, and sales growth for a global digital business services provider.

Description

  • Lead and continuously improve Teleperformance’s thought-leadership webinar program in Goldcast
  • Build editorial calendars around priority industries, business lines, buyer personas, and buying stages
  • Develop high-value topics focused on buyer challenges, market trends, and strategic priorities
  • Collaborate with executives, subject-matter experts, customers, analysts, and industry influencers on differentiated content
  • Oversee webinars from topic selection and speaker preparation through production, follow-up, and performance analysis
  • Produce webinar briefs, speaker guides, moderator questions, talking points, promotional messaging, and follow-up materials
  • Increase webinar registrations, attendance, engagement, on-demand viewing, and post-event conversion
  • Repurpose webinars and other long-form content into video, social, email, nurture, executive, sales enablement, and related formats
  • Use AI for ideation, creation, and personalization while applying editorial judgment and brand standards
  • Create webinars, videos, blogs, infographics, points of view, FAQs, buyer guides, sales snippets, executive briefs, and customer stories
  • Turn complex Teleperformance solutions, capabilities, and customer results into clear buyer-focused content
  • Build content strategies and assets for 1:Many, 1:Few, ABM, and line-of-business email nurture programs
  • Develop nurture sequences that educate prospects, sustain engagement, and encourage sales conversations
  • Maintain consistent messaging across channels and campaigns for priority verticals and horizontal business lines
  • Manage a centralized content calendar and define standards, workflows, templates, and operating processes
  • Evaluate content results and refine the editorial calendar and content mix using buyer behavior data
  • Link content engagement to account-level activity and pipeline performance
  • Define metrics for registration, attendance, engagement, on-demand viewing, MQL and engaged-account progression, opportunity influence, and pipeline contribution

Requirements

  • At least five years of B2B content marketing experience, ideally in technology, professional services, BPO, consulting, or another complex B2B setting
  • Proven experience building and managing webinar and thought-leadership programs
  • Strong editorial, writing, and storytelling abilities
  • Experience creating content for middle- and bottom-of-funnel audiences and enterprise buying groups
  • Background in email nurture content, demand generation, or account-based marketing programs
  • Strong knowledge of B2B buyer journeys, content marketing, and integrated campaign strategy
  • Practical experience with webinar platforms; Goldcast experience is strongly preferred
  • Experience applying generative AI tools to content creation and repurposing
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple programs and stakeholders
  • Ability to partner effectively with executives and senior subject-matter experts
  • Analytical approach and comfort using performance data to guide editorial and content investment decisions
  • Excellent writing, speaking, editing, and presentation skills
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced, global, matrixed organization
  • Collaborative approach with the ability to influence matrixed sales and marketing teams
  • Must be based in the United States or Canada
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States or Canada without sponsorship
