Consumer Systems Analyst I, 2nd Shift – Newark Onsite

Support call delivery technology, workforce analytics, and production performance for Bank of America’s retail credit operations during a weekday second shift.

Description

  • Run call delivery strategies for a managed business line through relevant technology interfaces.
  • Track technology performance to reduce agent idle time and maintain effective strategy execution.
  • Raise production risks and improvement opportunities with the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Advise frontline agents and business support teams on Line of Business needs.
  • Build relationships with Line of Business partners to align expectations and strategy goals.
  • Use business knowledge to support and help implement new technologies and operating strategies.
  • Guide associates through procedural, technical, and operational updates.
  • Contribute to operations enablement through resource tracking, monitoring, and planning for inbound and outbound call delivery.
  • Manage technology inputs and performance to reduce idle time and improve business outcomes.
  • Apply systems and analysis in a repetitive, production-focused environment to support business results.

Requirements

  • Current experience in retail credit operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Intellectual curiosity, an innovative mindset, and a demonstrated ability to deliver objectives in a data-driven environment.
  • Ability to learn new concepts and collaborate across teams and business units to drive change.
  • Goal-focused approach with composure in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Ability to rapidly and accurately distill complex data from multiple sources into actionable information for strategic change across portfolios.
  • Ability to design and apply test-and-learn methods to manage company risk exposure.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, including presentation skills.
  • High school diploma, GED, secondary school qualification, or equivalent.
  • Availability for the second shift, 2:30 p.m. to 11 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday.
