- Run call delivery strategies for a managed business line through relevant technology interfaces.
- Track technology performance to reduce agent idle time and maintain effective strategy execution.
- Raise production risks and improvement opportunities with the appropriate stakeholders.
- Advise frontline agents and business support teams on Line of Business needs.
- Build relationships with Line of Business partners to align expectations and strategy goals.
- Use business knowledge to support and help implement new technologies and operating strategies.
- Guide associates through procedural, technical, and operational updates.
- Contribute to operations enablement through resource tracking, monitoring, and planning for inbound and outbound call delivery.
- Manage technology inputs and performance to reduce idle time and improve business outcomes.
- Apply systems and analysis in a repetitive, production-focused environment to support business results.

- Availability for the second shift, 2:30 p.m. to 11 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday.
