Client Service Representative - Virtual Shareholder Meetings

Support Broadridge clients throughout Virtual Shareholder Meetings, coordinating timelines, vendors, live events, and issue resolution. This hybrid role is based in Edgewood, New York.

Description

  • Build working knowledge of Virtual Shareholder Meeting capabilities, service options, and operating procedures
  • Plan and coordinate client events while tracking deadlines, milestones, dependencies, time constraints, and possible financial effects
  • Own client timelines, deliverables, communications, approvals, and event requirements
  • Coordinate event responsibilities, support activities, and logistics among internal teams and external vendors
  • Communicate with clients through phone calls, email, and scheduled meetings
  • Develop trusted relationships with clients, including senior leaders and C-suite contacts
  • Advise clients on a consultative basis and recommend effective practices
  • Diagnose live issues and address client, vendor, and operational concerns
  • Monitor and validate live events, escalating problems and helping drive timely resolution
  • Keep Virtual Shareholder Meeting information accurate and up to date
  • Evaluate upcoming product enhancements and share feedback on service quality and operational preparedness
  • Partner with Product Management, Sales, Client Experience, and other internal stakeholders
  • Support occasional onsite client events when business requirements call for it

  • Preferred experience engaging senior client stakeholders and overseeing high-visibility deliverables
  • Preferred comfort using internal systems, data-entry tools, and event-management platforms
  • Preferred availability for occasional onsite events and time-sensitive live meeting support
