Bilingual Customer Service Representative — Mexico Remote
Support US-based customer service operations remotely from Mexico, handling customer interactions in English. The role requires call center experience and the ability to work across multiple systems.
Description
- Assist expanding US-based customer support operations
- Manage inbound and/or outbound customer interactions
- Use multiple systems efficiently
- Work in a fast-paced, structured remote customer service setting
- Complete all required steps in the hiring process
- Complete a background check if shortlisted and required
Requirements
- Bring prior US BPO or call center experience
- Communicate fluently in spoken and written English
- Demonstrate strong customer service and communication abilities
- Have experience managing inbound and/or outbound customer interactions
- Multitask and work efficiently across multiple systems
- Be professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Work comfortably in a structured remote setting
- Use a Windows 11 PC; Macs are not supported
- Have a computer with 16 GB of RAM
- Have dual monitors
- Have a webcam and headset
- Use an i5 processor or higher
- Have fibre internet with a wired Ethernet connection
- Have a backup power solution
- Use Microsoft Teams and Office 365
- Submit a resume in English
- Pass an applicable background check if required
- Complete every stage of the hiring process
