Bilingual Caseworker (French/English) — Cencora | Remote Canada

Manage patient cases, support calls, access programs, and compliance activities for Cencora’s Canadian pharmaceutical services. Document case activity, monitor patient therapies, and report adverse events across patient programs.

Description

  • Manage assigned projects and patient cases
  • Follow established company processes and procedures
  • Deliver call-centre programs and provide telephone support to patients, healthcare professionals, and funding organizations
  • Assist with funding and access matters across private, public, special access, and compliance programs
  • Apply case-management protocols covering clinical monitoring, data collection, patient follow-up, compliance, therapy disruption or discontinuation monitoring, adverse-event reporting, and coordination with primary healthcare providers
  • Conduct pharmaceutical and biotechnology market research with physicians, patients, pharmacists, and other allied health professionals
  • Place high volumes of outbound calls for patient programs
  • Record all activities in the designated program database
  • Complete refresher training and specialized product or program training
  • Provide feedback on protocols, databases, processes, and interdepartmental working relationships
  • Share case-management information with managers, pods, and trained program colleagues during planned absences
  • Help train new caseworkers through shadowing and call monitoring
  • Report all adverse events to the appropriate departments
  • Carry out other assigned duties and tasks

Requirements

  • Broad business administration, accounting, sales, marketing, computer science, or related training, typically gained through a two-year associate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • At least one year of customer service experience
  • Fluency in French and English is required
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Medical or pharmaceutical industry experience is an asset
  • Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Advanced knowledge of the pharmaceutical distribution industry
  • Working knowledge of an automated warehouse operating system
  • Strong business and financial judgment
  • Strong analytical and mathematical abilities
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Effective interpersonal and leadership abilities
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Consistent ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent presentation skills
