  • Act as a primary contact for clients.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications.
  • Use web-based tools to resolve customer questions.
  • Assist customers by phone, email, chat, or social media.
  • De-escalate concerns with a calm, helpful approach.
  • Escalate interactions when appropriate.
  • Respond to support requests and process payments.
  • Document call details for audits and reports.
  • Share feedback about call-related issues.
  • Upsell products or services when required.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least six months of customer service experience.
  • Must be 18 years old or older.
  • Type at least 25 words per minute.
  • Comfort using desktop computers and general familiarity with Windows systems.
  • Have a dedicated workspace near the router for a wired Ethernet connection.
  • Internet service with at least 15 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds, and latency below 50 ms.
  • Internet service cannot use satellite, mobile data or hotspots, peer-to-peer connections, or a VPN.
  • Provide proof of internet speed.
  • Customer service or sales experience is preferred.
  • A college degree is preferred but not required.
