Remote Customer Success Manager, ERP Software

- Act as a customer advocate, working across internal teams to align client needs with business objectives
- Lead the coordination and resolution of customer concerns and cross-functional escalations while preserving trusted relationships
- Guide new customers through onboarding to support a smooth transition and consistent service delivery
- Use customer feedback to uncover trends, process gaps, and opportunities for improvement
- Partner with stakeholders to strengthen customer-success processes, policies, and outcomes
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bring 2–3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a comparable client-facing position within IT solutions or ERP software
- Understand ERP solutions and related services
- Experience with Acumatica and Sage Intacct is advantageous
- Communicate clearly and negotiate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
- Resolve conflicts constructively and establish clear expectations
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of client advocacy
- Show a record of managing and retaining customer relationships
- Work effectively with stakeholders across different functions and levels of seniority while building lasting relationships
