Aprašymas

  • Act as a customer advocate, working across internal teams to align client needs with business objectives
  • Lead the coordination and resolution of customer concerns and cross-functional escalations while preserving trusted relationships
  • Guide new customers through onboarding to support a smooth transition and consistent service delivery
  • Use customer feedback to uncover trends, process gaps, and opportunities for improvement
  • Partner with stakeholders to strengthen customer-success processes, policies, and outcomes

Reikalavimai

  • Bring 2–3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a comparable client-facing position within IT solutions or ERP software
  • Understand ERP solutions and related services
  • Experience with Acumatica and Sage Intacct is advantageous
  • Communicate clearly and negotiate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Resolve conflicts constructively and establish clear expectations
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of client advocacy
  • Show a record of managing and retaining customer relationships
  • Work effectively with stakeholders across different functions and levels of seniority while building lasting relationships
