IT Support Engineer (Remote, Ukraine)
Provide remote L1/L2 managed-service support across Microsoft 365, Windows, networking, security, and cloud environments. Support multiple client infrastructures while maintaining accurate technical documentation.

- Provide L1/L2 technical support to business users across client environments
- Monitor customer infrastructure, cloud services, servers, and endpoints
- Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, Intune, Entra ID/Azure AD, and user access
- Support Windows desktops, Windows Server, and basic macOS environments
- Troubleshoot Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPNs, remote-access tools, and common networking issues
- Manage security and endpoint-protection tools such as Microsoft Defender, Bitdefender, Sophos, or equivalent platforms
- Use RMM, PSA, ticketing, time-tracking, and documentation systems such as ConnectWise and ITglue
- Coordinate with third-party vendors and software support teams on complex troubleshooting cases
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and client environment records
- Support multiple client environments and escalate issues when appropriate
- Complete HR, technical, and client interviews as part of the hiring process

- Demonstrated experience in MSP, NOC, remote IT, or outsourced infrastructure support
- Practical experience administering Microsoft 365, including Exchange, Teams, Intune, and Entra ID/Azure AD
- Experience supporting Windows Server and Windows desktop environments
- Working knowledge of DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, firewalls, VPNs, routers, and switches
- Experience with remote-support tools such as TeamViewer, ScreenConnect, or comparable platforms
- Experience maintaining disciplined ticketing and technical documentation practices
- Strong written and spoken English for customer-facing communication
- Ability to manage multiple clients or environments while maintaining an organized workflow
- Ability to independently investigate issues, collect relevant details, analyze logs, and explain next steps clearly
- Experience with MSP platforms such as ConnectWise, Kaseya, or similar tools
- Experience with security platforms including Microsoft Defender, Sophos, Blackpoint, Ironscales, ConnectSecure, or comparable products
- Basic PowerShell scripting skills for automation and troubleshooting
- Experience supporting business applications such as QuickBooks, Sage, tax and accounting software, or other client-specific systems
- Relevant certifications such as MS-900, Network+, Sophos, Datto, Microsoft 365, Azure Fundamentals, or equivalent
- Experience with Citrix, RDS/Terminal Services, VMware ESXi, vSphere, Hyper-V, or Azure infrastructure
- Reliable and consistent in day-to-day support work
- Able to remain composed during incidents and urgent customer requests
- Strong customer-service orientation
- Able to document technical work clearly and consistently
- Adaptable across different client environments, tools, and processes
- Able to learn unfamiliar systems quickly and ask effective questions when documentation is incomplete
