Digital Marketing Coordinator
Coordinate digital marketing for Arc’teryx across Australia and New Zealand, supporting its outdoor apparel business. Manage CRM, ecommerce, paid media, email and other digital campaigns.

- Coordinate cross-channel campaigns across CRM, email, paid media, ecommerce and social, delivering activity on time and in line with brand standards.
- Manage campaign calendars, briefs, assets, schedules and approvals with internal teams and external partners.
- Help deliver seasonal campaigns, product launches, brand moments, retail initiatives and promotions.
- Coordinate the creation, testing and rollout of email and CRM campaigns, including audience segments, customer journeys and ongoing improvements.
- Help run paid campaigns on Meta and Google, tracking budgets, spend pace and performance metrics.
- Support website and ecommerce marketing, including campaign launches, product activity, banners and landing pages.
- Track campaign and channel results, using data and insights to spot opportunities and recommend practical next steps.
- Help create and coordinate digital content, including campaign copy, creative briefs, social posts and other assets.
- Partner with Marketing, Ecommerce, Creative, Community and Retail teams to deliver joined-up customer experiences.
- Keep campaign records, reports and marketing resources accurate while managing competing deadlines and stakeholders.

- Experience coordinating digital campaigns across several channels, preferably including CRM, email and paid media.
- Practical experience with email marketing or CRM platforms, including campaign setup, deployment and reporting; Klaviyo is preferred.
- Working knowledge of paid channels such as Meta and Google, and metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS and conversion.
- Solid grasp of digital marketing fundamentals, customer journeys and ecommerce.
- Strong writing and copywriting abilities, with attention to brand voice and detail.
- Confidence using Excel or Google Sheets to track, report on and analyze campaigns.
