  • Review customer accounts for potential fraud and take appropriate action
  • Handle customer inquiries involving credit cards, account management, and suspected-fraud case resolution
  • Coordinate with internal teams and law enforcement agencies on potential fraud cases
  • Create and apply fraud-prevention strategies and procedures using detection tools and technology
  • Provide support to risk management, compliance, and customer care teams as required
  • Track regulatory developments and update practices in line with internal fraud-prevention policies
  • Develop and manage KPIs that measure the effectiveness of customer-care fraud prevention

  • Manage risk and reinforce controls within the assigned area
  • Build relationships with customers and stakeholders to address needs and manage sensitive matters
