Customer Support Engineer
Provide technical support to Epignosis enterprise SaaS customers across web, email, and chat. Investigate and resolve issues, coordinate escalations, and document solutions.

- Deliver enterprise technical support through web, email, chat, and other channels.
- Own customer issues from initial report through resolution.
- Investigate, diagnose, and troubleshoot customer problems to identify solutions.
- Route unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams using established procedures.
- Give customers timely, accurate updates.
- Document and close support cases appropriately.
- Compile reports that are accurate and delivered on time.
- Create knowledge base notes and articles to capture technical knowledge.
आवश्यकताएँ
- A solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- API experience is an advantage.
- Demonstrated experience in enterprise technical support.
- Fluent English.
- A background in Information Technology, Computer Science, or an equivalent field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a desire to help customers.
