Support the HSEQ strategy, policies, and objectives in accordance with ISO standards.
Draft, review, and improve internal policies and procedures.
Carry out internal inspections, audits, and assessments across company functions.
Collect audit evidence and help document findings, track follow-up, and close actions effectively.
Encourage consistent use of HSEQ procedures across all facilities.
Help plan, monitor, and deliver the company’s Compliance Program.
Collect, monitor, and report HSEQ and ESG performance indicators.
Identify potential compliance risks and help develop practical solutions for the business.
Support training and awareness activities for employees and contractors.
Help manage day-to-day compliance activities and administration.

आवश्यकताएँ

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Law or a related field, plus a compliance qualification or certificate.
At least two years of HSEQ compliance experience, including practical work with ISO standards.
Excellent command of English.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Familiarity with multinational workplaces and internal procedures.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
Proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to accuracy.
