Apraksts

  • Support the HSEQ strategy, policies, and objectives in accordance with ISO standards.
  • Draft, review, and improve internal policies and procedures.
  • Carry out internal inspections, audits, and assessments across company functions.
  • Collect audit evidence and help document findings, track follow-up, and close actions effectively.
  • Encourage consistent use of HSEQ procedures across all facilities.
  • Help plan, monitor, and deliver the company’s Compliance Program.
  • Collect, monitor, and report HSEQ and ESG performance indicators.
  • Identify potential compliance risks and help develop practical solutions for the business.
  • Support training and awareness activities for employees and contractors.
  • Help manage day-to-day compliance activities and administration.

Prasības

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Law or a related field, plus a compliance qualification or certificate.
  • At least two years of HSEQ compliance experience, including practical work with ISO standards.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with multinational workplaces and internal procedures.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
  • Proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to accuracy.
