On-Site IT Service Engineer
Provide on-site workplace and meeting-room IT support for DATAGROUP customers. Install, repair, and maintain PCs, network equipment, telecommunications, and specialist devices.

- Provide on-site service for customer orders and incidents.
- Assist users at the IT Service Point.
- Diagnose and support IT equipment in meeting rooms.
- Deliver, install, repair, assemble, and upgrade PC systems.
- Record and process incidents in a ticketing system.
- Configure PCs with the appropriate customer image.
- Set up and support specialist equipment, including barcode scanners and label printers.
- Replace, install, and document network equipment such as access points and switches.
- Patch and troubleshoot telecommunications lines.
- Set up, dismantle, and relocate PC workstations.
- Contribute to workplace services projects.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Completed vocational training as an IT specialist in system integration or a comparable qualification.
- Some practical technical experience; career changers and entry-level applicants are also welcome.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Windows 7 or 10 and Microsoft Office 2010 or later.
- Practical experience with standard PC and notebook hardware, particularly HP and Lenovo equipment.
- Knowledge of telecommunications devices, including iPhones, iPads, smartphones, and VoIP.
- Basic Active Directory knowledge is an advantage.
- Knowledge of network technologies, remote and VPN access, print servers, and ITIL is desirable.
- Advanced German and good written and spoken English, or another foreign language.
