Customer Support Engineer

Provide technical support to Epignosis enterprise SaaS customers across web, email, and chat. Investigate and resolve issues, coordinate escalations, and document solutions.

Description

  • Deliver enterprise technical support through web, email, chat, and other channels.
  • Own customer issues from initial report through resolution.
  • Investigate, diagnose, and troubleshoot customer problems to identify solutions.
  • Route unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams using established procedures.
  • Give customers timely, accurate updates.
  • Document and close support cases appropriately.
  • Compile reports that are accurate and delivered on time.
  • Create knowledge base notes and articles to capture technical knowledge.

Requirements

  • A solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • API experience is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated experience in enterprise technical support.
  • Fluent English.
  • A background in Information Technology, Computer Science, or an equivalent field.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a desire to help customers.
