Customer Success Analyst - Hybrid in Sao Paulo
Drive customer adoption, renewals, and account expansion across Construmarket’s SaaS platforms. Track portfolio health and support construction, facilities, and maintenance operations.
विवरण
- Own a post-implementation customer portfolio, driving platform adoption and ongoing usage
- Lead recurring customer check-ins and alignment meetings
- Track usage, engagement, churn risk, and other portfolio health indicators, taking preventive action when needed
- Oversee contract renewals, prepare for negotiations, and maintain contract continuity
- Coordinate follow-up with overdue customers in partnership with Finance
- Find and develop upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the customer portfolio
- Answer functional questions, provide refresher training, and share platform best practices
- Document customer interactions, requests, and progress in the CRM
- Partner with Support, Implementation, Product, Sales, and Finance to resolve issues and communicate customer feedback
- Help improve the Customer Success team’s processes and operating routines
आवश्यकताएँ
- Completed or ongoing bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Management, Information Technology, or a related discipline
- Background in B2B customer service or relationship management, ideally in Customer Success or Support
- Strong organization skills for handling multiple customers and competing priorities
- Willingness to travel and meet customers in person
- Experience working with SaaS companies is a plus
- Familiarity with Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms is a plus
- Knowledge of industrial maintenance, building maintenance, or facilities management is a plus
- Understanding of NPS, churn, health score, or similar customer metrics is a plus
