- Process phone payments accurately and professionally
- Address customer service needs through online support tools and established procedures
- Organize workloads independently and communicate proactively
- Call businesses to process credit card payments
- Respond to inbound calls and emails about payment-processing issues
- Maintain directory accounts to support accurate and efficient payment processing
- Support client relationships through refunds, payment reviews, and follow-up on unprocessed credit card transactions
- Investigate and resolve billing concerns
