Remote Client Solutions Manager – United States
Lead end-to-end software implementations for WeSuite, guiding customers through configuration, training, testing, and launch. Coordinate delivery across teams while managing client relationships and supporting implementation scoping during pre-sales.
Tavsif
- Own customer implementations from onboarding through launch and transition to Support
- Manage several client projects from kickoff through launch and handoff
- Create and maintain plans for scope, schedules, milestones, ownership, and risks
- Maintain project momentum through consistent follow-up and early issue resolution
- Run weekly customer meetings and communicate clearly and professionally
- Translate customer workflows, objectives, and requirements into practical delivery plans
- Coordinate configuration, documentation, collaboration, testing, training, feedback, and launch readiness
- Partner with Professional Services, Support, Sales, Product, QA, Development, and technical specialists
- Engage technical resources as needed while retaining responsibility for the customer relationship
- Contribute to pre-sales by scoping projects, estimating service requirements, and providing implementation guidance
Talablar
- At least three years managing software implementations, Professional Services projects, project management work, or comparable client-facing technology initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects with multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Self-directed approach to follow-up, early problem identification, and independent action
- Strong customer communication, presentation, organizational, and relationship-management abilities
- Technical curiosity and the ability to troubleshoot independently while learning complex software
- Comfort using AI tools for research, analysis, documentation, automation, and problem-solving
- Enterprise software or SaaS experience is strongly preferred
- Experience with Monday.com or a comparable project-management platform is strongly preferred
- SQL or data-analysis experience is strongly preferred
