Provide customer support, maintain records, and coordinate appointments for a remote BPO operation in a full-time South Africa-based role. Use cloud systems and basic Excel reporting to support scheduling and customer data management.

- Respond to customer enquiries with accurate information
- Arrange and coordinate customer appointments
- Enter customer information accurately
- Keep customer records complete and current
- Manage appointments and customer information in cloud-based systems
- Coordinate communication with customers and internal teams
- Support basic reporting and data tasks in Microsoft Excel
