Description
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Respond to customer enquiries with accurate information
- Arrange and coordinate customer appointments
- Enter customer information accurately
- Keep customer records complete and current
- Manage appointments and customer information in cloud-based systems
- Coordinate communication with customers and internal teams
- Support basic reporting and data tasks in Microsoft Excel
Requirements
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills
- Professional, courteous telephone manner
- High attention to detail
- Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage competing tasks
- Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working independently
- Demonstrated customer service ability
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office

- A fixed fibre line with minimum upload and download speeds of 25 Mbps is required
- Ability to connect via wired Ethernet

- Availability Monday through Thursday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST, Friday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM EST, and Sunday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM EST
- Availability to work on South African and U.S. public holidays
