French-Speaking Customer Support Specialist — Greece Remote
Support French-speaking customers of a global payments provider from Greece, answering card and payment questions. Handle cases across phone, chat, email, CRM, and later social media.
Tavsif
- Assist French-speaking customers of a global payments provider through phone, chat, and email
- Help with lost or stolen cards, card benefits, declined purchases, and balance inquiries
- Record each customer interaction accurately in the CRM
- Manage approximately 10–20 cases per day
- Expand into email and social media support over time
- Complete a two-week nesting period, with the first week based on-site in Athens
Talablar
- Be based in Greece
- Native-level or C1 French
- B1 English
- At least two years of call center experience
- Financial services experience is a strong advantage
- Strong written communication skills
- Good computer skills
- Ability to multitask
- Availability for rotating shifts on a 24/7 account, including about two weekends per month and occasional night shifts
- Current CV in English
Imtiyozlar
- Remote work from home

- Productivity bonus of up to €200 in addition to base salary, subject to targets
