Customer Service Agent, UK Imports (Onsite) – DSV

Provide customer service administration for UK import bookings and shipment enquiries at DSV, a global transport and logistics provider. Coordinate with customers, European partners, customs teams, and delivery operations.

Tavsif

  • Support European partners by responding to enquiries
  • Manage bookings for UK-based customers
  • Handle daily enquiries concerning UK import shipments
  • Investigate issues and coordinate with internal DSV UK departments
  • Communicate with customers, partners, and internal teams by email and telephone
  • Maintain and verify customer booking and customs information in the DSV Order Management System
  • Coordinate with operations and overseas offices to fulfil customer commitments
  • Track deliveries through completion within agreed timelines
  • Verify that collection consignments contain accurate information
  • Proactively resolve issues with customers and colleagues
  • Address credit management queries when required
  • Complete routine administrative tasks
  • Report to the customer service supervisor

Talablar

  • Previous experience in customer service administration
  • A proactive, organised, and punctual approach
  • Curiosity and motivation to investigate matters thoroughly
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service capability
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of and compliance with customs regulations for freight transported from Europe
  • Successful applicants must complete the required right-to-work checks
  • Some sites require five years of references and criminal record checks
