Provide customer service administration for UK import bookings and shipment enquiries at DSV, a global transport and logistics provider. Coordinate with customers, European partners, customs teams, and delivery operations.

Support European partners by responding to enquiries
Manage bookings for UK-based customers
Handle daily enquiries concerning UK import shipments
Investigate issues and coordinate with internal DSV UK departments
Communicate with customers, partners, and internal teams by email and telephone
Maintain and verify customer booking and customs information in the DSV Order Management System
Coordinate with operations and overseas offices to fulfil customer commitments
Track deliveries through completion within agreed timelines
Verify that collection consignments contain accurate information
Proactively resolve issues with customers and colleagues
Address credit management queries when required
Complete routine administrative tasks
Report to the customer service supervisor

Previous experience in customer service administration
A proactive, organised, and punctual approach
Curiosity and motivation to investigate matters thoroughly
Strong attention to detail
Excellent customer service capability
Excellent written and spoken communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Knowledge of and compliance with customs regulations for freight transported from Europe
Successful applicants must complete the required right-to-work checks
Some sites require five years of references and criminal record checks
