  • Build constructive working relationships with colleagues, internal teams, and external partners
  • Complete initial triage of community safety cases before allocation
  • Maintain accurate case records and escalate matters when appropriate
  • Coordinate mediation services, communicate directly with customers, and arrange meetings
  • Prepare incident schedules for high-risk or high-harm cases entering legal processes
  • Draft and send block letters and other communications to customers
  • Record meeting discussions clearly and maintain related documentation
  • Deliver comprehensive administrative and operational support to the community safety team
  • Handle customer enquiries, case information, and team processes with efficiency, accuracy, and professionalism

Talablar

  • Administrative support experience in a busy office or customer-focused environment
  • Experience maintaining accurate records and updating electronic systems
  • Understanding of confidentiality, data protection, and information security
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with F&O, Dynamics, or comparable business systems
  • Confidence communicating with customers by phone and in writing
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders
  • Existing eligibility to work in the United Kingdom, with proof available
