Lead consultative sales for Vobi’s construction management SaaS platform, converting inbound leads into customers. Help construction businesses digitize their projects, worksites, and operations.
Tavsif
- Guide inbound leads through consultative sales, from understanding their business needs to closing.
- Track leads through the sales funnel, assess their needs, and monitor sales performance.
- Demonstrate the product and follow up on proposals.
- Share prospective customer feedback with Marketing and Product, and identify ways to improve conversion rates.
- Connect with prospective customers through WhatsApp, email, chat, and other channels.
- Follow up with prospects to encourage conversion.
- Work with the team to meet company sales and revenue targets.
Talablar
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Curiosity, investigative thinking, and a practical approach to solving problems
- Empathy to understand customers and guide them
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Sales experience
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt as the role changes
- SaaS experience is a plus
- Construction industry experience is desirable
