  • Process orders for diagnostic products and supplies by phone, fax, and email
  • Build trust with veterinary customers in the domestic market
  • Use customer discovery to suggest relevant products and services
  • Resolve questions about ordering, shipping, and IDEXX online platforms
  • Keep Salesforce customer profiles and interaction records accurate
  • Deliver a consistently positive customer experience
  • Handle inbound calls and emails through a phone queue for most of the workday
  • Participate in training, coaching, and individual development activities
  • Contribute to demand generation and customer retention
  • Support veterinary customers with instrument consumables and related services

Talablar

  • Fluent French and English communication skills
  • Experience in sales, customer service, or another customer-facing role
  • Clear, confident written and verbal communication
  • Strong interpersonal ability and a talent for building rapport quickly
  • Ability to learn and explain technical information
  • Motivated, goal-focused, and effective in a collaborative environment
  • Strong organization and multitasking skills
  • Able to work independently and contribute as part of a team
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Availability for a flexible Monday–Friday schedule between 7:30 AM and 9:00 PM EST, plus rotating Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
  • Ability to maintain a hardwired internet connection with at least 15 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload when working virtually
  • A bachelor’s degree in business or a scientific field is preferred but not required
  • Veterinary diagnostics, healthcare, or scientific industry experience is preferred but not required
