Support LexisNexis customers with product installation, troubleshooting, account assistance, and technical inquiries. Resolve routine issues and escalate complex problems while working with a team.
Opis
- Deliver post-sale technical support, including product installation, troubleshooting, issue resolution, and maintenance.
- Help customers with account issues, including ID and password support and changes to user accounts and product access.
- Process trial requests and other online product inquiries.
- Prepare user lists and related reports.
- Provide customers with the information they request.
- Investigate and resolve customer claims and questions.
- Escalate customer problems that remain unresolved.
- Use relevant experience and skills to complete work within your area of expertise.
- Complete work with a moderate level of supervision.
