Opis

  • Serve as the main contact for assigned clients.
  • Build lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Advise clients in support of their business goals.
  • Ensure service delivery meets contract terms and SLAs.
  • Track performance metrics and address shortfalls early.
  • Coordinate internal teams to maintain consistent, high-quality service.
  • Identify client-aligned opportunities for account expansion and cross-selling.
  • Support account growth and help meet revenue targets.
  • Strengthen client satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement.
  • Manage teams of 1–10+ on-site infrastructure technicians and/or engineers.
  • Oversee the employee lifecycle, including hiring, performance reviews, coaching, discipline, and termination when needed.
  • Mentor employees and support their training and professional development.
  • Plan schedules and allocate resources across client environments.
  • Promote accountability, ongoing improvement, and employee engagement.
  • Work with sales, technical, and operations teams on client strategy.
  • Coordinate communication and execution among stakeholders.
  • Handle escalations of client concerns.
  • Coordinate internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain client confidence through difficult situations.

Zahteve

  • Bring at least 10 years of comparable experience.
  • Build trust, influence stakeholders, and sustain relationships with executives.
  • Communicate effectively in writing and in conversation.
  • Deliver executive presentations and business reviews, including MBRs and QBRs.
  • Identify client needs and align solutions to support adoption, expansion, and renewal using the LAER model.
  • Manage multiple accounts, priorities, and deliverables in a fast-paced setting.
  • Assess issues quickly, find root causes, and implement effective solutions.
  • Manage escalations, set expectations, and pursue outcomes that work for all parties.
  • Stay composed and focused during escalations and high-pressure situations.
