Opis

  • Collaborate with hiring leaders to understand workforce plans, role needs, organizational priorities, and talent requirements.
  • Create and carry out focused recruiting and sourcing plans for engineering, technical, program management, and specialized professional roles.
  • Find and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, internal databases, search methods, market research, professional networks, and other sourcing tools.
  • Develop and sustain technical talent pipelines for active and anticipated openings.
  • Research talent markets and map candidates to assess skill availability, competition, compensation trends, and sourcing opportunities.
  • Set candidate profiles, assessment plans, interview methods, and selection criteria with hiring managers.
  • Review résumés and conduct initial candidate interviews.
  • Guide hiring managers on talent supply, candidate fit, compensation factors, competitive conditions, and recruiting plans.
  • Coordinate candidates through each stage of hiring and communicate with them promptly.
  • Keep candidate records, activity, disposition, and recruiting documents current in Workday.
  • Work with HR Business Partners and compensation colleagues on pay analysis, offer development, and negotiation.
  • Support recruiting events, technical networking, employer branding, campus outreach, and talent pipeline programs.
  • Contribute to Talent Acquisition programs and process improvements that help attract and retain technical talent.
  • Travel up to 15%.

Zahteve

  • Bachelor’s degree and 8 or more years of recruiting and sourcing experience preferred, or a master’s degree and 6 or more years of relevant experience.
  • Substantial recruiting experience in complex corporate settings.
  • Engineering and operations recruiting experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience in defense, aerospace, technology, engineering, manufacturing, or another specialized or highly regulated industry preferred.
  • Strong background in sourcing and recruiting passive candidates.
  • Ability to identify, engage, and hire in-demand talent using Boolean search, strategic sourcing, market research, talent mapping, networking, and other targeted approaches.
  • Ability to work effectively with engineering leaders, hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technology; Workday experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, influencing, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities, maintain accuracy, and meet deadlines.
  • Ownership, accountability, discretion, and professionalism.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident (green card holder), or protected individual under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3).
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
