Senior Onboarding Coordinator

Lead compliant onboarding for new hires and temporary workers at ENFRA, coordinating teams and improving processes. This full-time onsite role is based in Louisiana.

Opis

  • Run and improve onboarding programs across teams and locations.
  • Coordinate each new hire’s onboarding from offer acceptance through orientation.
  • Keep onboarding schedules, materials, and communication templates up to date.
  • Train, mentor, and support fellow Onboarding Coordinators.
  • Advise on complex onboarding cases and help resolve escalations.
  • Coordinate and track temporary staffing engagements.
  • Work with hiring managers and staffing vendors to onboard contingent workers, complete documentation, and arrange system access.
  • Maintain onboarding and assignment records for temporary workers.
  • Help ensure contingent labor practices meet company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with Talent Acquisition, HR, hiring managers, IT, Payroll, and other internal teams.
  • Confirm equipment, system access, workspace, and required documents are ready before each start date.
  • Support structured onboarding plans and new employees’ early integration.
  • Lead orientation sessions and other onboarding check-ins.
  • Answer new hire questions and escalate concerns when needed.
  • Track early integration and collect feedback.
  • Verify employment documents, background checks, drug screen results, and compliance forms are complete and accurate.
  • Follow applicable federal, state, and local labor laws.
  • Keep onboarding records and documentation audit-ready.
  • Track onboarding measures, completion rates, and feedback patterns.
  • Identify process gaps and propose operational improvements.
  • Prepare reporting for HR leaders and stakeholders.

Zahteve

  • Bring 4–6 years of experience in onboarding, HR operations, talent lifecycle coordination, or workforce administration.
  • Know onboarding compliance requirements well.
  • Have experience with onboarding platforms.
  • Have experience using talent analytics and market data to inform strategy.
  • Adapt priorities quickly and stay effective in changing environments.
  • Communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
  • Be detail-oriented and ready to handle varied ongoing projects in a fast-paced setting.
  • Manage multiple tasks and take on work beyond the usual scope when needed.
  • Use sound judgment and work independently.
  • Industry and competitor knowledge is preferred.
  • Travel to job sites or an office location for 5% of the time.
  • Perform light work, including adjusting or moving objects weighing up to 20 pounds.
