Opis

  • Build senior partnerships with marketing, sales, and revenue operations leaders.
  • Run executive engagements, including annual planning, quarterly business reviews, strategic workshops, and high-stakes presentations.
  • Oversee account health, client satisfaction, scope delivery, and escalation of significant risks.
  • Turn business objectives into integrated B2B marketing plans for demand generation, target accounts, pipeline, and revenue.
  • Coordinate channel strategies across account teams.
  • Create testing roadmaps and use performance insights to inform client recommendations.
  • Work with analytics and measurement teams to link marketing activity with lead quality, pipeline, opportunities, and revenue.
  • Strengthen client communications, strategic planning, and business storytelling across the portfolio.
  • Find account expansion opportunities and lead them through to close.
  • Contribute to financial and operational oversight for assigned accounts.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop Client Strategy team members.
  • Refine media mix, audience segmentation, creative alignment, and measurement with B2B marketing, advertising, and data technologies.
  • Use maturity maps, resource models, and digital transformation approaches to shape scalable marketing technology solutions.
  • Put tactics in place to speed the path from impressions to revenue across revenue teams.
  • Align audiences and messaging to move accounts into pipeline and closed-won revenue.
  • Coordinate with channel specialists, client services, and analytics teams, and engage client sales and marketing leaders.

Zahteve

  • Bring 10 or more years of experience in B2B marketing, media strategy, integrated marketing, or client leadership, preferably at an agency.
  • Demonstrate success leading complex B2B client relationships and building integrated strategies tied to business and revenue goals.
  • Lead executive client discussions, influence senior stakeholders, and navigate complex relationships.
  • Know B2B demand generation, account-based marketing, audience targeting, and the B2B customer journey.
  • Understand integrated media strategy across paid channels.
  • Connect marketing performance with lead quality, pipeline contribution, opportunity creation, customer acquisition, or revenue growth.
  • Partner with analytics and measurement teams to assess marketing effectiveness and explain its business impact.
  • Communicate and present with exceptional clarity.
  • Apply strong financial judgment to budget forecasts, revenue management, account growth, and profitability oversight.
  • Identify ways to strengthen client partnerships, expand account scope, and generate incremental revenue.
  • Have at least four years of experience managing and mentoring high-performing teams.
  • Bring strong organizational leadership skills.
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business, or have equivalent experience.
  • Have experience supporting enterprise B2B technology, SaaS, or other complex B2B organizations.
  • Be familiar with ABM platforms and B2B marketing technologies such as 6sense or Demandbase.
  • Have used CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Understand B2B measurement approaches, including multi-touch attribution, pipeline reporting, and revenue attribution.
  • Have developed integrated strategies spanning paid media, content, creative, and other demand generation channels.
  • Have supported new business pitches, strategic proposals, and commercial planning.
  • Understand long B2B sales cycles, buying committees, and decisions involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Be authorized to work in the U.S.; immigration sponsorship is unavailable for this position.
