Opis
- Answer inbound calls from mobile phone insurance customers, understand their needs, and resolve inquiries and requests.
- Recommend practical, objective solutions that follow product and service procedures.
- Respond to a range of situations raised during customer interactions.
- Record and process customer service interactions using company systems.
- Show empathy in every customer interaction.
Zahteve
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have completed high school.
- Know how to use Microsoft Office.
- Be interested in mobile technology, including cell phones.
