Opis
- Deliver attentive support to consumers, healthcare professionals, and client staff.
- Record customer interactions in line with PPD and client guidance.
- Recognize adverse events and product complaints.
- Stay current on policies, procedures, client products, SOPs, protocols, GCPs, and regulatory rules.
- Handle medical information inquiries and send responses by email, fax, or post.
- Complete call line checks and verify systems.
- Prepare reports.
- Take on administrative tasks and other assigned duties.
- Communicate with clients and colleagues while collecting sensitive information.
Zahteve
- High school or secondary school diploma, or equivalent, plus a relevant formal academic or vocational qualification.
- At least two years of prior experience, or an equivalent mix of education, training, and experience.
- Knowledge of client products, SOPs, protocols, GCPs, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Able to perform line checks and system verifications and prepare reports.
- Able to access and use in-house and standard commercial computer software.
- Able to communicate information and ideas clearly and understand spoken information.
- Able to handle sensitive information and work with diverse groups.
- Regular, consistent attendance.
- Available for rotating or night shifts.
- Occasional driving to work sites and travel may be required.
- Able to perform required physical tasks, including stationary work, repetitive hand movements, occasional mobility, crouching, stooping, bending, twisting, and lifting or carrying up to 15–20 lb (6–9 kg).
