  • Direct end-to-end recruiting across varied disciplines, seniority bands, and geographic markets
  • Shape hiring strategies around organizational priorities and workforce planning needs
  • Create durable talent pipelines using focused sourcing, market research, networking, and talent communities
  • Apply emerging sourcing techniques, recruiting platforms, and strategic external relationships
  • Maintain a consistent, high-quality experience for candidates from application through hire
  • Manage, mentor, and advance a team of talent acquisition specialists
  • Build a culture of ownership, teamwork, improvement, and service excellence
  • Set clear performance standards, offer constructive feedback, and enable career growth
  • Embed effective recruiting practices, new approaches, and streamlined operating processes

  • Track recruiting data to assess results, pipeline strength, channel performance, and hiring impact
  • Prepare and communicate talent insights and proposed actions for leadership audiences
  • Review key measures and put corrective or improvement initiatives into practice
  • Contribute to initiatives that strengthen the employer brand
  • Assess sourcing options and their return on investment
  • Manage relationships with recruiting firms and other external providers
  • Advance equitable hiring practices and broaden candidate representation
  • Maintain adherence to applicable employment legislation, recruiting rules, and company policies

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree or comparable professional background
  • At least five years directing technical and innovation-oriented talent acquisition teams and strategy within a complex, cross-functional organization
  • Record of successfully managing, mentoring, and developing recruiting professionals
  • Consultative leadership skills with the credibility to influence senior decision-makers and partners
  • Background creating and delivering hiring strategies tied to business goals
  • Strong analytical judgment and hands-on use of recruiting measures, reporting systems, and data-led decisions
  • Ability to establish productive partnerships with business executives, HR teams, and outside stakeholders
  • Highly effective written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills
  • Working knowledge of employment legislation and recruitment compliance obligations
  • Flexibility to respond to shifting business priorities while applying modern recruiting tools and methods
  • Experience leading recruiting change, operational improvements, or transformation programs
  • Experience with talent intelligence, labor-market analysis, and workforce planning platforms
  • Understanding of automation, AI-assisted recruiting solutions, and advanced sourcing practices
  • Experience coordinating hiring across several regions or international settings
  • Strong capability in negotiation and talent consultation
  • Authorization to work legally in the United States
  • Completion of a drug screening when required
