Descriere

  • Oversee talent acquisition operations for craft, non-craft, and college hiring.
  • Create and deliver a multi-year operations roadmap.
  • Guide the function’s transformation by setting priorities, governance, accountability, and plans for lasting adoption.
  • Lead and develop the expanding Talent Acquisition Operations team.
  • Adapt the operating model to shifting hiring needs and business growth.
  • Manage recruiting reports, systems, and processes.
  • Own recruiting technology for Talent Acquisition and coordinate with HR process, data and technology teams, IT, and external partners.
  • Set and track performance measures, using results to inform workforce planning and ongoing improvements.
  • Create and implement a company-wide approach to working with third-party recruiting firms.
  • Maintain compliance with laws, company policies, industry practices, OFCCP requirements, and regulatory tracking obligations.
  • Create and deliver training for recruiters.
  • Advance diversity awareness, reduce bias, and support inclusive hiring practices.
  • Improve processes from initial design through adoption, measurement, and sustained use.
  • Keep operations scalable and adaptable as business priorities and hiring needs evolve.

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or a related discipline.
  • At least ten years of recruiting or human resources experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Prior experience leading or directing talent acquisition initiatives.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS or database systems, with the ability to learn new tools.
  • Collaborative approach, with coaching and mentoring ability and skill in building positive internal partnerships.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to deliver amid competing priorities.
  • Ability to develop and present information effectively to internal audiences.
  • Careful attention to detail and ability to analyze data and draw conclusions.
  • Understanding of standard talent acquisition processes and practices.
  • Active listening and effective communication, including receptiveness to diverse perspectives and feedback.
  • Knowledge of equal employment opportunity, inclusive conduct, and the purpose of affirmative action plans.
  • Must already be legally authorized to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship.
