Descriere

  • Act as the primary contact for financial center clients
  • Identify banking needs for individual and small business customers
  • Recommend suitable banking solutions and refer clients to specialists
  • Strengthen client relationships through platform-based services
  • Assist clients with self-service tools and routine transactions
  • Deliver responsive, high-quality client service
  • Conduct outbound calls and maintain consistent follow-up with clients
  • Collaborate with teams on consumer and small business solutions, services, and strategies
  • Guide and educate clients on straightforward transactions using self-service technology
  • Apply available resources, technology, and processes to improve client experience and operational accuracy
  • Follow applicable procedures, laws, and guidelines for account opening, account maintenance, and Digital Assisted Shopping
  • Handle client interactions in line with bank policies and regulatory requirements

Cerințe

  • Fluency in Mandarin and English is required
  • At least one year of demonstrated sales experience in a relationship-focused, client-centered environment
  • Self-directed, enthusiastic, and highly motivated, with a strong work ethic and results focus
  • Proven ability to collaborate and build lasting professional relationships
  • Commitment to helping clients improve their financial well-being
  • Confidence assessing client needs and identifying appropriate solutions
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Comfort engaging with clients both in person and by telephone
  • Ability to learn and adjust to new information and technology platforms, manage ambiguity, and respond to changing circumstances
  • Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving capabilities
  • Effective time management, organization, prioritization, and multitasking skills
  • Must hold a commissioned notary status or obtain a notary commission in the state of employment within a few months of starting
  • Availability to work weekends and/or extended hours, including at any financial center within a reasonable distance
  • High school diploma, GED, secondary school credential, or equivalent required
  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related discipline preferred
  • Experience in a financial center with a record of meeting or exceeding goals preferred
  • Retail or sales experience in a salary-plus-incentive environment preferred
  • Experience working toward individual or team goals preferred
  • Experience handling financial information, spreadsheets, and financial concepts preferred
  • Knowledge of banking products and services preferred
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft applications and laptop technology, preferred
