Sales and Client Success Executive (Remote, Philippines)

Support RecruitGo’s global-business clients through relationship management, service coordination, sales follow-up, CRM administration, and Xero support. This full-time remote role is based in the Philippines.

Descriere

  • Recommend suitable RecruitGo services to clients
  • Develop client relationships and maintain satisfaction
  • Help clients understand and gain value from RecruitGo services
  • Manage client service requests and enquiries
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client cases
  • Support clients by phone, text, and email
  • Assist with newsletters and email campaigns
  • Lead regular client success review meetings
  • Identify and advance service improvements
  • Share product updates, versions, and feature information
  • Represent the client perspective within the company
  • Document, escalate, and follow up on client feedback
  • Deliver sales presentations online and in person
  • Follow up on sales leads and update the CRM database
  • Prepare and issue quotes, proposals, and engagement contracts
  • Deliver product knowledge briefings to internal teams
  • Represent RecruitGo at partner and client-facing events
  • Provide clients with Xero and administrative support or training
  • Support the management team and complete assigned tasks
  • Collaborate internally to deliver services on time and meet client expectations

Cerințe

  • At least two years of relevant experience in client success, account management, strategic consulting, or a related industry role
  • B2B sales experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent project management and organizational abilities
  • Experience with accounting or bookkeeping technology is preferred
  • Sound knowledge of accounting principles and concepts
  • Analytical, process-oriented approach
  • Ability to work across departments in a deadline-driven environment
  • Active team player who is self-directed and can multitask
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Highly organized approach to time management
  • Ability to manage multiple client enquiries simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to helping others and solving problems
  • Ability to upsell and cross-sell products and services
  • Maintain Xero certification throughout employment
  • Personal equipment required
  • Availability during operating hours of 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Singapore Time
