Descriere

  • Work with Relationship Managers, stakeholders, and delivery teams to manage requirements and maintain execution quality
  • Provide trusted guidance while questioning inefficient or ineffective practices
  • Coordinate across business, delivery, and technical teams to advance operational excellence and ongoing improvement
  • Create and refine operational processes, controls, metrics, and governance standards
  • Evaluate process and performance data to uncover trends, root causes, and opportunities for optimization
  • Surface delivery risks, control weaknesses, and areas for process improvement
  • Collect, prioritize, and administer requirements throughout Jira
  • Explore opportunities for automation, simplification, and AI-enabled enhancements
  • Align requirements with business goals, stakeholder expectations, and process controls
  • Keep requirements, workflows, and reporting fully traceable
  • Track execution quality using governance routines, metrics, and performance indicators
  • Build dashboards, KPIs, and reports that support data-driven decisions
  • Use Jira, workflow platforms, and analytics to increase process visibility and execution effectiveness

Cerințe

  • At least three years of experience supporting relationship management, project delivery, or operational execution in a structured business or technology setting
  • At least two years of hands-on data analysis and reporting experience, including work with large or complex datasets
  • At least one year of direct Jira experience managing requirements through the full lifecycle
  • Experience creating KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports
  • Understanding of process design, controls, governance, and risk management practices
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root cause analysis abilities
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated success improving processes and operational efficiency
  • Experience in relationship management, process improvement, governance, operations, or technology delivery
  • Strong requirements management capabilities and Jira proficiency
