- Diagnose and resolve issues across Windows devices, Microsoft 365, network infrastructure, and VoIP systems
- Build strong client relationships, set clear expectations, and drive positive service outcomes
- Own and prioritize the service ticket queue
- Manage warm-transfer escalations
- Develop and improve internal knowledge-base documentation
- Coordinate between clients and vendors to resolve incidents
- Attend weekly team meetings and participate in team-led training
- Demonstrate accountability, proactive service, and consistently high-quality customer support
Cerințe
- Demonstrated hands-on ability to troubleshoot, configure, and manage Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy
- Strong practical experience with Microsoft 365, Hyper-V, DNS, and DHCP
- Solid understanding of advanced networking principles
- Ability to diagnose issues involving firewalls, switches, and Wi-Fi
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build trust and de-escalate challenging situations
- Experience producing comprehensive internal documentation
- Familiarity with remote access tools such as Remote Desktop and RemoteApps
