Descriere
- Investigate workflows, handoffs, and stakeholder experiences to uncover root causes and improvement opportunities
- Drive medium-scope initiatives from discovery through implementation, refinement, and long-term adoption
- Develop and maintain process maps, standard procedures, job aids, intake routes, role definitions, and governance materials
- Track adoption and effectiveness through data and feedback, resolve issues, and prioritize process enhancements
- Streamline the intake, prioritization, routing, review, approval, and delivery of localized and translated learning and talent content
- Coordinate content owners, subject-matter experts, vendors, tools, and stakeholders to improve quality, speed, consistency, reuse, and self-service
- Provide practical guidance and make trade-offs clear to support efficient global delivery
- Design and maintain onboarding journeys for direct and contract employees
- Improve access to onboarding tools, information, and workplace connections while clarifying ownership, handoffs, and expectations
- Strengthen Records and Information Management and Information Lifecycle Management practices
- Define expectations for information ownership, classification, retention, access, and lifecycle management
- Make information easier to find and help reduce content sprawl
- Support centralized Global Talent processes and services through guidance, triage, and routing
- Work with stakeholders to clarify needs, assess options, resolve trade-offs, and coordinate dependencies and decisions
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, artificial intelligence, and automation
- Explore and test solutions within privacy, security, quality, compliance, and governance requirements
- Establish human-review requirements, decision points, and escalation routes
- Assess outcomes, capture lessons learned, and help implement useful, responsibly governed, adopted, and sustainable solutions
Cerințe
- At least two years of experience in human resources, operations, or analytics
- A degree or equivalent professional experience
- Background in analyzing, improving, documenting, or managing business processes
- Experience coordinating cross-functional projects or operational improvement efforts
- Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, organizational, and communication abilities
- Ability to turn unclear needs into well-defined options, recommendations, and next steps
- Ability to connect employee needs, business processes, governance, and technology-enabled solutions
- Interest in artificial intelligence, automation, and emerging workplace technology, with sound judgment about when human involvement is necessary
- Ability to build productive relationships and influence stakeholders without direct authority
- Comfort managing shifting priorities, varied stakeholders, and evolving requirements
- Experience using workflow, collaboration, documentation, reporting, or information-management tools
- Experience with localization, translation, onboarding, records management, information lifecycle, learning, talent, or HR operations is preferred
