Descriere

  • Direct client delivery across FundApps’ Monitoring, Reporting, and Surveillance offerings
  • Manage the Implementation, PMO, and Client Experience & Support functions
  • Shape the Client Execution strategy spanning implementation, project management, and support
  • Develop a scalable operating model across Monitoring, Reporting, and Surveillance
  • Create governance frameworks and collaboration across Regulatory, Client Success, Product, and Engineering
  • Find and implement opportunities for standardisation and automation
  • Define performance standards and measurement for Client Execution
  • Improve processes, tools, operating practices, planning, prioritisation, and resource allocation
  • Maintain visibility and control of client commitments, delivery risks, and operational dependencies
  • Oversee the full delivery lifecycle from commercial handover through implementation and transition to BAU support
  • Increase onboarding consistency and scalability across products and client segments
  • Oversee complex client programmes and escalate issues when necessary
  • Develop a support model combining specialist expertise, triage, knowledge management, automation, and self-service
  • Bring client feedback and delivery insight to Product, Regulatory, and Engineering
  • Lead and grow the Implementation and Client Experience & Support leadership teams
  • Represent Client Execution in strategic planning and investment decisions
  • Report to Toby O'Rourke

Cerințe

  • Eligible to work in the UK without visa sponsorship
  • Senior leadership background in Client Execution, implementation, professional services, support, or customer operations within a B2B SaaS or technology company
  • Demonstrated success scaling operating models across multiple products, teams, or regions
  • Deep understanding of enterprise implementation and support in technically complex environments
  • Experience making a client-facing team or function more scalable and efficient through standardisation, automation, and organisational design
  • Strong commercial thinking and analytical judgement
  • Ability to turn operational data into strategic action
  • Proven cross-functional leadership with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and specialist teams
  • Able to combine long-range operating model design with the day-to-day demands of Client Execution
