Customer Experience Associate IV at Conduent (Hybrid, Romania)
Provide specialized customer support, resolve escalated cases, and keep customer records up to date. Help guide and mentor teammates while supporting Conduent’s services.
Descriere
- Organize data and coordinate business support or technical work
- Complete assignments and guide peers and other team members
- Collaborate across different areas when needed
- Recommend process improvements within established procedures and practices
- Share specialized information with customers in a warm, empathetic manner
- Assess calls and decide whether to resolve the issue immediately, transfer it, or follow up
- Review case notes and individual cases to identify customer needs
- Resolve escalated transactions when frontline options are exhausted or customers request a manager or corporate office
- Collect the information needed to update the database
- Explain company policies to customers
- Guide customer issues through to resolution
- Support and mentor less experienced team members
- Follow all policies and standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
Cerințe
- Bring proficiency in operational processes developed through relevant work experience and training
- Have experience and training with established procedures, processes, and systems
- Be able to recommend process and method improvements
- Evaluate issues and possible solutions to find suitable outcomes for clients and end users
- Communicate ideas and information effectively
- Bring a warm, patient manner and show empathy and understanding to end users
- Depending on the area, have vocational training, certifications, licensure, or equivalent experience
