Descriere

  • Cultivate productive relationships with both new and existing clients
  • Assess customer needs, provide support, identify risks and expansion opportunities, and promote satisfaction
  • Deliver engagement initiatives across the customer lifecycle through targeted outbound communication, health indicators, and support tools
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training, while helping customers create or update profiles and saved searches
  • Meet retention-focused KPIs covering contact rates, churn, renewals, and retention ratios
  • Document account interactions according to standard operating procedures in CRM and related systems
  • Enable and support SMB customers, primarily subcontractors, general contractors, architects, and engineers
  • Apply customer data, insights, and conversations to increase product adoption and develop lasting partnerships
  • Report to the Manager, Customer Success

Cerințe

  • Applicants must reside within the continental United States
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future employment visa sponsorship
  • A background check is required following a conditional offer
  • At least two years of experience in SaaS sales, account management, or customer support
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Capacity to learn and apply SaaS products quickly
  • Basic construction-industry knowledge or the ability to develop it quickly
  • Demonstrated integrity and accountability for results
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Relationship-oriented, customer-first approach
  • Ability to coach customers on best practices and diagnose pain points with practical solutions
  • Empathetic approach centered on small-business growth and customer success
  • SaaS industry experience is preferred
  • Experience with CRM or order management platforms is preferred
  • English and Spanish bilingual ability is preferred
